I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were beautifully decorated, fully equipped, and had a great view of the 'sidewalk street. ' The service was top-notch with genuinely friendly staff willing to assist with anything from tours to drinks. The hotel had a great view of the sidewalk street and was below standard, but Quan & Anna were truly nice people. With the right resources and affordable rates, they would be able to provide better service to their guests. The rooms were congested and had a weird odor due to not being cleaned properly. Roaches were visible, and there was no room service during my stay. Only 1 towel and 1 face towel were provided.
