I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were beautifully decorated, fully equipped, and had a great view of the 'sidewalk street. ' The service was top-notch with genuinely friendly staff willing to assist with anything from tours to drinks. The location was perfect for exploring, and the traditional Belizean fayre served at the dining area was delicious.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The room I had offered a great view of the bustling sidewalk street, but it was dated and noisy. Unfortunately, cleanliness was an issue as we encountered roaches, and the room lacked proper servicing with minimal towels. Despite this, Quan & Anna showed genuine kindness, hinting that with more resources and reasonable rates, the service could greatly improve.

The hotel had a great view of the sidewalk street and was below standard, but Quan & Anna were truly nice people. With the right resources and affordable rates, they would be able to provide better service to their guests. The rooms were congested and had a weird odor due to not being cleaned properly. Roaches were visible, and there was no room service during my stay. Only 1 towel and 1 face towel were provided.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of town with easy access to the beach and fantastic dining options.
